Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ROSSO Café (hereinafter "the restaurant") and any person making a reservation or dining on the premises (hereinafter "the guest").
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions of reservation, service and payment at the ROSSO Café restaurant, located at Jl. Pantai Seseh, Munggu, Mengwi, Badung, Bali 80361.
2. Reservations
Reservations are made exclusively via WhatsApp at +62 821 8189 829. A reservation is confirmed only after explicit acknowledgement from the restaurant.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse any reservation in case of unavailability or legitimate reason. For groups of more than 8 people, a pre-order may be requested.
Late arrival: in case of a delay of more than 15 minutes without notice, the restaurant reserves the right to reassign the table.
Cancellation: any cancellation must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. For groups (8+) or private events, a 24-hour notice applies.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), in thousands (e.g. "90" = Rp 90,000). Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are exclusive of the 10% government tax (PB1)
- Prices are exclusive of 5% service charge
The restaurant reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
4. Special offers
Happy Hour — Rp 75,000 on all pint beers, every day from 3PM to 6PM. Not combinable with other promotions.
Breakfast Offer — available from 8AM to 12PM:
- Option 1: Breakfast of choice (Rise & Shine, Sunday Morning or Benny & The Salmon) + 1 coffee or tea — Rp 110,000
- Option 2: Breakfast of choice + 1 coffee or tea + 1 juice of choice — Rp 140,000
Offers are valid on the premises only, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
5. Payment
Payment is made on the bill, on site, by the following means: cash (IDR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), QRIS and bank transfers accepted as available. No advance payment is required except for private events or large groups, on specific request.
6. Allergens and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles many allergens (gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts, seafood, etc.). Although we do our best to adapt our preparations, we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces. Please inform staff of any allergy or intolerance before ordering.
7. Behavior and dress code
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry or to ask any person to leave whose behavior would disrupt the tranquility of other guests or the establishment (visible intoxication, aggression, disrespect of staff, etc.).
8. Pets
Pets are welcome on the outdoor terrace, kept on a leash and under the responsibility of their owner.
9. Liability — theft and loss
The restaurant declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to personal effects left in the establishment or on the terrace. Please keep your valuables close.
10. Complaints
Any complaint must be addressed as soon as possible to ciao@rossocafe.bali. We commit to responding within 7 business days.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Denpasar (Bali) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where public policy provisions state otherwise.
